EXCHANGE POLICY:
Customers are encouraged to address any questions they may have before ordering as redbuttafly does not grant refunds.
Exchanges must meet the following terms to be accepted.
All returns must have a RA#. Exchanges will not be accepted with out an RA#
Customers that need to make an exchange should email us for an RA#
There will be a return shipping charge of $5.oo. Please include this with your return.
Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the items.
Items must be unworn with tags still attached. Items should be shipped with tracking or proof of delivery. redbuttafly, LLC is not responsible for items damaged, lost or stolen in transit.

Custom and Couture orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

International Shipping:

We ship all international packages USPS Priority Mail. This is the safest, trackable and most reliable method of shipping internationally. Many people prefer First Class shipping as it is less expensive. We do not ship First Class because the USPS does not offer tracking or insurance on First Class International packages.
The USPS is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has left the United States; after it leaves the US, it's up to your nation's post office to deliver the package.
We are often asked to mark shipments as gifts because the customs fees in your country are high, and understand that you might prefer to have your package marked as a gift to avoid them. Everyone would prefer not to pay fees if they don't have to. However, as a business, we would face serious consequences if we were to fraudulently mark a package as a gift. Apart from the legal considerations, vendors who mark packages as a gift and send them to foreign countries are also undermining that country's own vendors who have to deal with those taxes and on a daily basis. We don't want to break the law or undermine other vendors. We thank you for understanding.
